We had the pleasure of working with one of St. Louis’ finest dining establishments, Spiro’s. We wanted to show not only the restaurant, but also get a sneak peek behind the scenes look to help show the audience where St. Louis’ tastiest Greek food dishes come from.
We ended up getting very interseting video of the preparation of two of their most requested dishes; Pepperloin a la Tenderloin and Grecian Shrimp. The viewer gets a chance to really see what separates Spiro’s from the rest of the competition. They stress quality of ingredients, and minimal spicing of the food, thus letting the produce & meats speak for themselves.
